Key donors and international entities include the Caribbean Development Bank, Compete Caribbean, the Canadian International Development Agency, the European Union, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development- the World Bank and bilateral arrangements with Taiwan – China.
