The report explores global and regional trends and innovations that are transforming the tourism sector, with an emphasis on ICT-based innovations. Given the challenges of the Caribbean’s tourism industry, the report underlines the need for approaching future tourism development with a high innovation scope in order to be and remain competitive in the global economy.
