Ibrahim Abdullah joins CBA effective 1st July 2025 as the Project Development Officer (PDO) Consultant, assigned to Compete Caribbean. His professional experience spans program and project management, monitoring and evaluation, climate finance, and sustainable development, with over 15 years of work in environmental management and climate action, civil society partnerships, and the operational delivery of grantmaking programs. He holds a BSc in Management with minors in Finance and Marketing, and an MSc in Strategic Leadership and Management from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Ibrahim is currently pursuing doctoral research in governance and domestic climate finance with SALISES, also at The University of the West Indies.
